Do I have to complete the course all at once?
No. You can take the course 24 hours a day from any location with Internet
accessible computer. Thus the course can be done at your convenience location
and time and all your progress will be saved.
To log in, you just need to go to our home page, the click on Re-Enter,
and enter your driver license number and password you entered during the
enrollment process.
Your will be to access to the course as many times as you want, and
as long as it takes you to complete the course. However, please make
sure to pay attention to when your due date is. You need to complete
the course before your due date in order for us to process send in your
certificate of completion to your court on time.

Do I have to pay first before getting started?
No. You do not have to pay upfront when you
enroll. You can pay anytime during the course period or when you finish
your course. However, your certificate will be processed only when you
have paid for the course. The payment options available are as follows:

The cost of our traffic school course in California is $24.95. You can
pay anytime before the completion of your courses through our secure

Do you offer courses in other languages besides English? What languages do you currently offer?
Currently we offer our courses in other 5 different languages besides
English, including Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Armenian and Thai. We do
plan to offer our courses in other languages in the future.

How do I know if my court recognizes web-based traffic school?
One of the first things the system will tell you when you begin your
enrollment is whether we are approved or not. If we are listed on the
paperwork you received from your court/government agency, we are definitely
approved by your court. If you are not sure, you may contact your court
directly.

How do I change my registration information?
You may change and update most of your registration information anytime
you are logged on. All you need to do is log on, click on "Update
User Profile", change any of the information needed, and click on "Save".
